Our room had no window and there wasn't much space to move. It was quiet and we loved the bed to the point we lost track of time. Toilet was clean. Interior design is industrial. Breakfast is included which is quite a big serving. Good location and only a few meters away from the port.

Love this hotel. The staff is professional courteous and friendly. The restaurant on site has wonderful food and the complimentary breakfast is excellent. The interior design, with the mixture of concrete and wood is warm and inviting. The staff at front desk and the waitresses and busboys are always friendly and accommodating. Love the hotel 5 stars from us.

This place offers a resto bar and cafe downstairs. It’s located within a noisy district, so you can expect noise especially with the construction works nearby. This place has high rating, but staying here felt like living in a very expensive College boarding house. It’s got this semi-finished look gone bad. Their bed is good but the PHP 2,700 room is so small, and with the dark depressing interior work, it felt so claustrophobic. The front desk people also need more communication and customer relations training. Some may like it here because of its rugged look. Not me. I’m not coming back.

Their rooms are rustic grunge unfinished look. But it’s not aesthetic. The wood and cement looks cheap and about to chip off. Its not my type considering the price and competition.The rooms are small and the windows are fronting walls. But there are good points. I like the quality of the bed and there is comforter. The heavy construction beside the hotel is also very disturbing w loud sounds and bangs that shake the building from 9to5pm as of the time I checked in. The front desk staff are not so friendly. But the waitress are very warm. The free breakfast is also very good.

We stayed around xmas time, brand new hotel, industrial style, not my favourite but still the staff was really kind and nice, our room was really spacious and the bed super comfortable!

Spent one night in the bricks hotel before going to siquijor. The room itself isn’t very pleasing. It’s concrete, no windows. But the Ac is cold. The bathroom is clean. Hot water wasn’t consistent. 3 of 4 showers were cold between the two of us. The breakfast is huge and delicious. Staff is great. Location is the main selling point here. It’s perfectly located between the pier and the boardwalk action. Would probably stay here again if it’s just for a night or two.

There ought to be two separate and distinct businesses in this location: the hotel and the restaurant-bar. This review is for the latter. The restaurant isn't that huge, probably 4-6 tables, each with multiple seats and definitely shareable with strangers. The hotel's front desk is within the restaurant itself Service was good, as typical as it gets to be in Dumaguete. There were a few items on the menu that weren't available. It's quite a good place to chill with drinks. If planning to dine, there'd be other options that line the Boulevard. I couldn't write anything about the hotel as I hadn't stayed here
